How Compensation Voting Works

Vote on the compensation amount and payment structure for elected Multi-Sig signers. Your choices shape how the community rewards signers for their service.

Selection is per term (not monthly)
Median of all voters' median choices becomes the compensation
$200 minimum (symbolic, covers gas costs)
$3,000 maximum (meaningful but not excessive)
Adjustable in future elections
